My William Pike

Last week in Te Ngahere we were learning about the man William Pike. We were learning about William Pike and how he relates to the story the rep. William pike was in our reading that week, because in the story it said the man in the poster changed Ricky's life.

The Great and Powerful Bullet

In week six my reading group read a book called The Bullet. It is about a boy who has a man pull up next to him in a car, and asks a question. The boy said no, then when the car left a bullet fell out, and boys in his class were fighting for it. The WALT was ask and answer a variety of questions.

National Pancake Day

n Te Ngahere we were working on Celebrations in inquiry. We got to choose three people to be in our group. My group was, Alexi, Thomas and I. we also had to pick a country and a celebration we picked Italy and National Pancake day. In the end we got to make homemade Italian pancakes
